Mobility isn't about stretching more, it's about creating usable range of motion. We integrate mobility training throughout the session so your body learns to control and own new movement patterns.

Each session finishes with assisted stretching and hands-on bodywork designed to reduce tension, improve recovery, and help your body fully absorb the benefits of training.

St. Johns Personal Training is a women-focused strength, mobility, and bodywork program designed to help you get stronger, move better, and feel your absolute best. Blending personal training with hands-on structural massage therapy and corrective bodywork, each session is tailored to support your body’s unique needs while improving mobility, flexibility, posture, and overall function.

This integrated approach goes beyond traditional fitness by combining progressive strength training with assisted recovery, muscle activation, and movement-based bodywork, all within the same session. The result is a true boutique training experience that helps reduce pain and tension, improve range of motion, build lasting strength, and create a deeper connection with your body.

Every session is designed to help you feel supported, confident, and strong through every stage of your fitness and wellness journey, so you can move freely, train intelligently, and feel your best both inside and outside the gym.
