The Signature Strength Session includes a brief hands-on muscle prep to address areas of pain, tightness, or discomfort while warming the tissues for an effective workout. This time is used to improve posture and alignment, helping you move more efficiently, reduce injury risk, and train pain-free.
Dynamic Warm-up

All sessions include a dynamic warm-up to get your body moving, improve mobility, and activate key muscle groups. This progression allows your body to be fully prepared before gradually adding resistance, so you can train safely, move better, and get the most out of every workout.
