We begin with a movement assessment to identify restrictions, improve mobility, and prepare your body to move safely and efficiently.

Personalized strength training designed around your goals, body, and movement patterns.

Increase flexibility, control, and joint health with mobility training integrated into every session.

Finish every workout with assisted stretching and hands-on bodywork to reduce tension and speed recovery.

When your body is properly prepared, strength training feels better and works better.
St. Johns Personal Training is a women-focused strength, mobility, and bodywork program designed to help you get stronger, move better, and feel your absolute best. Blending personal training with hands-on structural massage therapy and corrective bodywork, each session is tailored to support your body’s unique needs while improving mobility, flexibility, posture, and overall function.
This integrated approach goes beyond traditional fitness by combining progressive strength training with assisted recovery, muscle activation, and movement-based bodywork, all within the same session. The result is a true boutique training experience that helps reduce pain and tension, improve range of motion, build lasting strength, and create a deeper connection with your body.
Every session is designed to help you feel supported, confident, and strong through every stage of your fitness and wellness journey, so you can move freely, train intelligently, and feel your best both inside and outside the gym.
